Return & Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality of the premium gear we offer. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are committed to making it right.

! Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect our business against fraudulent claims, all customers must record a single, continuous video while opening their delivery package for the first time.

The video must clearly show:

  • The courier shipping label on the package
  • The package seal being broken
  • The inspection of the product after opening

If a product is claimed to be physically damaged, broken, or missing items, this unboxing video is strictly required as proof. Without a clear unboxing video, your claim will unfortunately be rejected.

24 The 24-Hour Claim Rule

Any issues regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported to MotoNerv within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be completely unused, unaltered, and uninstalled.
  • The product must be in its original premium packaging, including all tags, stickers, user manuals, and free accessories that came with it.

Refund Process

If a returned product is eligible for a refund (e.g., if a replacement is out of stock), the refund will be processed back to you via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer.

Refunds are completed within 3 to 5 working days after we receive, inspect, and approve the returned item at our address:
